Pork Tenderloin & Roast Veg


McCain Roast Veg Balsamic Glaze - Classic

1 kg pork fillet / tenderloin

2 tablespoons Worcestershire Sauce

½ cup olive oil

3 tablespoons rosemary finely chopped

4 cloves of garlic crushed

1 bunch of grapes

3 tablespoons balsamic vinegar

Salt and pepper to taste


4 – 5 people


Prep Time: 5 minutes
Total Time: 45 minutes

  1. Preheat oven to 180 Degrees Celsius
  2. Cook the roast veg according to package instructions
  3. Drizzle the grapes with balsamic vinegar and bake for 20 - 25 minutes until blistered
  4. Meanwhile season the pork with salt, pepper, garlic and chopped rosemary  
  5. In a large skillet, heat olive oil and fry the pork until golden brown and fully cooked – about 12 - 15 minutes in total – depending on the thickness of the fillet
  6. Serve with the balsamic veg and grapes, roast potatoes and a creamy salad
