Graduate Programme.
McCain offers a structured 12-month (fixed term) Graduate Trainee Programme to aspiring professionals across the following fields:
- Engineering (mechanical and electrical)
- Agronomy
- Food science
- Production
- Commercial
- Marketing
- Health, safety and quality
Eight modules are covered throughout the year, providing an opportunity for recent graduates to gain essential work experience in a complex, multinational Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) business with an integrated supply chain, including agriculture, manufacturing, logistics and distribution and sales and marketing.
The programme covers leadership and personal development as well as practical exposure to projects and day-to-day operations.
