McCain Roast Harissa Glaze – Mediterranean

McCain Savoury Rice

1 kg Chicken Fillets 

2 - 3 tablespoons Harissa Glaze

Olive oil 

Salt and pepper to taste



4 – 5 people


Prep Time: 5 minutes
Total Time: 30 minutes + 4 hours marinating time

  1. Preheat oven to 180 Degrees Celsius
  2. Cook the Roast veg according to package instructions and set aside
  3. Combine the chicken with the harissa paste allow to marinate for 4 hours
  4. Lay the chicken in a greased baking tray and bake for 20 minutes, turning once
  5. Adjust seasoning
  6. Serve with spicy rice salad and roasted veg
