Broccoli And Veg Stir Fry


750 grams McCain Asian Stir Fry

400 grams McCain Broccoli

2 tablespoons oil

1 large onion thickly sliced

3 teaspoons crushed garlic and ginger paste

1/2 cup soy sauce

1 tablespoon cornstarch

1 bunch chopped spring onions

Chopped fresh red chillies

Salt to taste

Black pepper




Prep Time: 5 minutes
Total Time: 25 minutes

  1. Mix the soy sauce and cornstarch until well combined
  2. In a large skillet on medium to high heat, add the oil and fry the onions for 4 minutes
  3. Add the garlic and ginger and fry for a minute before adding the veg
  4. Fry the veg for about 8 minutes and once the water has dried up add in the soy sauce and cornstarch mixture – add in a ½ cup of water at this stage and allow to cook for a further 5 minutes
  5. Remove from the heat, adjust seasoning and garnish with red chillies and spring onions
