Air Fryer One Pot Spicy Chicken, Vegetable And Rice
Ingredients
                Oil
400g chicken fillets cubed and seasoned
1 onion diced
½ cup chopped leeks
1 teaspoon crushed garlic and ginger
1 teaspoon chilli flakes
1 teaspoon garlic and herb seasoning
½ teaspoon white pepper
300 grams rice washed and drained
3 tablespoon dark soy sauce
3 cups chicken stock

Directions
                
                        Prep Time: 5 minutes 
                        Total Time: 40 minutes
                    
- Set the cooker to the sauté function and add the oil
 - Fry the seasoned chicken cubes in batches for about 4 -5 minutes per batch and set aside
 - You will need to add 10 minutes to the sauté time and begin to fry the onions
 - Add the leeks and sauté for 2 minutes and add the garlic and ginger
 - Add the chilli flakes, garlic and herb seasoning and white pepper and mix well
 - Now add the rice and give it a good mix
 - At 3 minutes on the cooker, add in the McCain French Stir Fry, toss to combine the veg with the rice
 - Add the soy sauce and mix well
 - Add the chicken back to the pot, toss and pour in the stock – your 10-minute sauté time is complete
 - Close the lid of the Philips All-in-One Cooker and set the cooker to the rice function and press enter
 - The cooker will set the timer for approximately 14 minutes
 - Allow the cooker to build up pressure first and then the 14 minutes begin
 - Enjoy the delicious, comforting meal with your family
