Storage Instructions

BEFORE OPENING: KEEP FROZEN AT -18°C OR BELOW.

AFTER OPENING: CLOSE THE BAG AND KEEP FROZEN AT -18°C OR BELOW.

Cooking Instructions and Suggestions

FOR BEST RESULTS COOK DIRECTLY FROM FROZEN.

The following cooking instructions are approximate guidelines for 250 g of product.

For different quantities adjust cooking times accordingly.

If thawed, do not refreeze.

BOIL
  1. Place 250 g of McCain Cut Beans into an equivalent amount of boiling water.
  2. Boil for approximately 3½ minutes.
  3. Do not cover with a lid.
  4. Drain the water.
  5. Once cooked, season to taste.

MICROWAVE
  1. Place 250 g McCain Cut Beans in a suitable microwave container.
  2. Cover with cling wrap and pierce with a fork.
  3. Microwave on HIGH as per table below.

  1. Once cooked, season to taste.
