BEFORE OPENING: KEEP FROZEN AT -18°C OR BELOW.
AFTER OPENING: CLOSE THE BAG AND KEEP FROZEN AT -18°C OR BELOW.
Cooking Instructions and Suggestions
FOR BEST RESULTS COOK DIRECTLY FROM FROZEN.

- Place required quantity of Brussel Sprouts into an equivalent amount of boiling water.
- Simmer for approximately 7 - 8 minutes.
- Do not cover the pot with a lid.
- Drain the water.
- Season with salt and pepper.

- Place 250g Brussel Sprouts in a suitable microwave container.
- Cover with cling wrap and pierce with a fork.
- Microwave on HIGH as per table below.
