McCain Hawaiian Stir Fry:

This stir-fry mix offers the most versatile and convenient way to add a variety of vegetables to your food at once. It also offers a powerhouse of nutritional value. As a great source of dietary fibre, it helps support good gut health, plus the presence of delicious pineapples offers vitamins and antioxidants like bromelain.

McCain Broccoli Florets:

Broccoli is one of the most nutritious vegetables, containing loads of vitamin C. Half a cup of raw broccoli (fresh or frozen), provides about 45mg of vitamin C. Broccoli is a good source of many other vitamins such as folate and vitamin K1, as well as a decent source of potassium, manganese, calcium and iron. Broccoli provides high quantities of plant compounds and flavonoids, such as kaempferol. These may have antioxidant activity, which helps fight against free-radical damage in the body.

McCain Sweet Corn:

Sweet corn is a great source of carbohydrates and a good source of dietary fibre that helps balance blood sugar levels. Corn is particularly high in lutein and zeaxanthin, two carotenoids that give sweet corn its stunning bright yellow colour.

McCain Diced Beetroot:

Beetroot is exceptionally nutritious, with a good profile of vitamins, minerals and antioxidants. It’s an excellent source of folic acid and a particularly good source of dietary fibre, manganese and potassium. It’s also high in several beneficial plant compounds – especially betanin, which gives beetroot its bright red-purple colour.

McCain Slap Chips:

Potatoes are a good source of resistance starch, which is a type of dietary fibre that feeds the good bacteria in the gut and improves digestive health. They’re a good source of vitamins and minerals, too –particularly vitamin C, popular for its immunity function, and potassium, which is important for heart health.

McCain Creamed Spinach:

With its high content of dietary fibre, spinach plays a key role in digestion. It contains plenty of vitamin A, vitamin C and vitamin B. It’s also an excellent source of iron, the mineral that helps create haemoglobin, which brings oxygen to body tissue.
