Crustless Quiche With Stir Fry Veg


McCain Mexican Stir Fry

3 Eggs

1 cup Milk

Spring onions

200 grams Rosa Tomatoes - halved

3 teaspoons Italian herbs

2 teaspoons paprika 

1 cup Cheddar cheese - grated

Salt and pepper




Prep Time: 5 minutes
Total Time: 45 - 50 minutes

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C
  2. Add oil to a large skillet on medium heat
  3. Once hot, add the McCain Mexican Stir fry and sauté for 8 - 10 minutes until softened
  4. Combine the rest of the ingredients (except the rosa tomatoes and cheese)
  5. in a large jug and whisk well
  6. Grease a large pie dish and place the cooked stir fry veg in the dish
  7. Pour the egg mixture over the stir fry veg
  8. Top with the halved rosa tomatoes
  9. Add cheese and bake for 30 - 35 minutes
