Creamy Chicken And Pea Pasta


300 grams McCain Peas

2 tablespoons Olive Oil

500 grams chicken breasts cubed

2 teaspoons Italian herbs

2 teaspoons garlic crushed

½ cup Store bought pesto

300 ml heavy cream

1 teaspoon Chilli flakes

1 packet Pasta boiled

Salt and pepper




Prep Time: 10 minutes
Total Time: 50 minutes

  1. In a large pan on medium heat , add olive oil
  2. Season the chicken cubes with salt, pepper and 1 teaspoon Italian herbs
  3. Fry the chicken in batches and keep aside
  4. In the same pan, add the garlic, Italian herbs and chilli flakes
  5. Lower the heat
  6. Add the chicken to the pot, add the peas and add in the cream and pesto, mix well and simmer until thickened about 5 minutes 
  7. Add the pasta and toss until combined
  8. Garnish and enjoy
