How do I store this product?

Before Opening: Keep FROZEN at -18°c or below.

After Opening: Close the bag and keep FROZEN at -18°c or below.

If thawed, do not refreeze

How do I cook this product?

FOR BEST RESULTS COOK DIRECTLY FROM FROZEN.

The following cooking instructions are approximate guidelines for 250 g of product. 

For different quantities adjust cooking times accordingly.

  1. Preheat the Air Fryer to 200˚C.
  2. Spread the McCain Rustic Veg in the air fryer basket.
  3. Air-fry for 5 minutes.
  4. Shake the basket after 6 minutes and coat generously with olive oil.
  5. Air fry for a further 10-13 minutes.
  6. Serve immediately.

  1. Place 250g of McCain Mixed Vegetables in a suitable microwave container.
  2. Cover with cling wrap and pierce with a fork.
  3. Microwave on HIGH as per table below.

650 – 750W
