12 McCain Potato Cheese Shotz

200g beef sausage cooked and sliced

Salt and freshly ground black pepper

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

3 tablespoons chopped spring onions

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C. Cook potato cheese shotz according to package instructions.
  2. Layer a serving dish with the potato cheese shotz, and top with beef sausage and cheese and bake until golden brown and the cheese melted about 8 - 10 minutes.
  3. Serve warm.
