Kgaugelo has held a range of roles in the marketing sector throughout her career, accumulating over two decades of experience. During her extended tenure, she has taken on positions such as Brand and Marketing Manager, Business Account Manager (engaging with a national retail chain), and Global and Commercialisation Director. Her proficiency extends to shaping marketing visions and strategies, as well as customer-focused marketing efforts, across both African and European contexts.
She is proficient in developing and leading teams to ensure growth through relevant strategy, innovation, portfolio management, consumer insights and demand management.
Kgaugelo holds a master’s degree in organisational leadership from the University of South Africa (UNISA), a certificate in advertising from AAA, and a bachelor’s degree from the University of Pretoria (UP).
