1 each Chicken Breast, cooked and shredded
50g Cheddar Cheese, grated
1 each Pickled Jalapeno, thinly sliced
½ each Small Red Onion, thinly sliced
½ each Avocado, sliced
45ml BBQ Sauce
30ml Sour Cream
Few leaves of Cilantro

- Deep fry crisper until cooked and crispy then set aside. Need Cooking & Prep Tips?
- Toss chicken in BBQ sauce.
- Layer half of the crisper, cheese, chicken, jalapeno and onion. Repeat.
- Bake until cheese is melty.
- Top with avocado, sour cream and cilantro then serve
