Sweet potatoes, batter [water, maize flour NON-GMO, rice flour, modified maize starch NON-GMO, tapioca starch, salt, maize starch NON-GMO, tapioca dextrin, raising agent (E450), stabiliser (E415), turmeric extract, colourant (E160c)], and vegetable oil (sunflower seed).
Cooking Instructions and Suggestions
FOR BEST RESULTS COOK DIRECTLY FROM FROZEN

Deep fry the McCain Sweet Potato Fries at 175°C for approximately 2½ - 3 minutes or until crispy.
DO NOT OVERCOOK
