How do I cook this product?

Boil
  1. Place the McCain Peas in just enough seasoned boiling water to cover.
  2. Boil for approximately 3 minutes.
  3. You can add whole fresh mint leaves to the boiling water for a unique taste.

Saute
  1. Sauté finely chopped onions and garlic in oil.
  2. Add the peas, and season with salt and pepper.
  3. Sauté for 2 - 3 minutes.
Microwave icon
Microwave
  1. Place the peas into a microwavable container.
  2. Season with salt, pepper and butter.
  3. Cover with cling wrap and pierce with a fork.
  4. Microwave on HIGH for 3 minutes.
