Pulled Chicken & Cream Cheese Tacos


12 McCain Cream Cheese Peppers

400g pulled roasted chicken

200g McCain Shoe String Chips

4 Tacos

1 medium size tomato (deseeded and chopped)

Siracha Mayonnaise

100g feta cheese crumbled

  1. Preheat the oven to 180 deg and place the tacos on a wire rack, bake for 2 - 3 min. Allow to cool.
  2. Cook the McCain Cream Cheese Peppers according to package instructions and set aside.
  3. Cook the McCain shoe string chips according to package instructions.
  4. Fill tacos with the shoe string chips, pulled chicken, diced tomato and cream cheese peppers.
  5. Drizzle siracha mayonnaise and top with crumbled feta cheese.
  6. Garnish with fresh coriander.
