1 Sheet Puff pastry

12 Pepperoni slices

12 Cream Cheese Jalapeno Poppers

1 egg

1 slice tomato

  1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees, roll out the puff pastry and transfer on a baking sheet lined with baking paper.
  2. Cut 9 squares about 3 8 cm. On each square, arrange a tomato slice, topped with pepperoni and cream cheese Jalapeno poppers.
  3. Fold to opposite corners of each squares to form little boats.
  4. Brush each pastry with the egg yolk, then bake for 15 - 20 minutes until pastry is puffed and golden brown. Serve immediately.
