Mushroom & Onion Ring Stack


McCain Onion Rings

Other Ingredients:
Large, whole Portobello mushrooms
Red, Yellow & Green Bell Peppers
Sriracha Mayo
Whole Ripe & Ready Avo
Chopped Chives to garnish


Prep Time: 10 minutes
Serving Size: 1 -2

  1. Deep fry the onion rings in hot oil for 2,5minutes - @175 degrees, until golden brown.
  2. Cut your bell peppers in circles, about 0,5cm wide, and sauté with a little salted butter on flattop or skillet for a few minutes until soft and slightly browned.
  3. Using the same skillet – sauté your mushrooms whole on each side for 2minutes until soft and brown.
  4. Cut some avocado slices.
  5. Stack all ingredients on top of each other.
  6. Drizzle some Sriracha mayo, and top with chopped chives!
  7. Enjoy!
