Loaded Potato Shotz


200g McCain Potato Cheese Shotz

200g McCain V-Crispers

Salt and freshly ground black pepper

6 pieces cooked bacon, crumbled

1 cup grated cheddar cheese

½ cup sour cream

3 tbsp chopped spring onions

Serving Size: 4

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C. Place potato cheese shotz in an oven and cook until golden brown. Cook V-Crispers as per package instructions.
  2. Layer a serving dish with the potato cheese shotz, and V-Crispers top with crispy bacon and cheese and bake until golden brown and the cheese melted about 8 - 10 minutes.
  3. Let the potatoes cool for 5 to 10 minutes, then garnish each with tbsp sour cream and ¼ teaspoon spring onions. Serve warm or at room temperature.
