Loaded Chilli Cheese Tacos


150g McCain Chill Cheese Nuggets

150g McCain Onion Rings

Spray and cook

1 litre cooking oil

2 tomatoes

Half a red onion

3 green chilies

1-pint fresh oregano

Half a lemon

2 taco shells


Prep Time: 20 min
Serving Size: 1

  1. Pre heat oven to 120 degrees Celsius.
  2. Spray and cook one baking tray then scatter chilli cheese nuggets and bake for 10-15min.
  3. Heat frying pan with 1litre of cooking oil and deep fry onion rings until golden brown then place in a tray based with parchment paper.
  4. Cut tomatoes into four wedges each and seed them then cut into small dice and place into bowl, squeeze lemon juice on salsa.
  5. Dice red onions, chop green chilies, and mix ingredients into bowl with diced tomatoes.
  6. Place three onion rings into shell tortilla, three chilli cheese nuggets and top with salsa, garnish with fresh oregano and serve.
