400g McCain Frozen Cut Green Beans

200g Canned Tuna, Drained

1 Cup Cherry Tomatoes, Halved

1/4 Cup Red Onion, Thinly Sliced

2 Tablespoons Olive Oil

1 Tablespoon Lemon Juice

1 Tablespoon Dijon Mustard

Salt And Pepper to Taste

Fresh Parsley, Chopped (For Garnish)

  1. Steam the McCain Frozen Cut Green Beans according to the package instructions until tender.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the steamed green beans, drained tuna, halved cherry tomatoes, and sliced red onion.
  3. In a separate small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper to make the dressing.
  4. Pour the dressing over the salad and toss everything together until well-coated.
  5. Garnish with chopped fresh parsley before serving.
