Camembert, Rocket And Avo Salad


12 McCain Camembert Bites
1 cup McCain Corn
2 tbsp Olive oil
1 spring onion chopped
50g Fresh Rocket
1 Avocado, sliced dipped into lemon juice
¼ Cucumber sliced
50g Cocktail Tomatoes quartered
Balsamic glaze
Lemon juice

Total Time: 15 minutes

  1. In a frying pan drizzle olive oil then pan fry the McCain Corn until light brown about 8 - 10
  2. Remove from the pan and place in a large
  3. Deep fry the McCain Camembert until golden brown
  4. Place the corn into the bowl with the cocktail tomatoes, avocado slices, spring onion cucumber slices then add the Camembert and fresh rocket.
  5. Drizzle balsamic glaze and lemon juice over the salad and season to taste. Toss and serve
