Broccoli and Mushroom Stir-Fry


400g McCain Frozen Broccoli

200g Mushrooms, Sliced

1 Red Bell Pepper, Sliced

1 Tablespoon Soy Sauce

1 Tablespoon Oyster Sauce

1 Tablespoon Vegetable Oil

2 Cloves Garlic, Minced

1 Teaspoon Grated Fresh Ginger

Salt And Pepper to Taste

  1. Steam the McCain Frozen Broccoli according to the package instructions until tender.
  2. In a large pan or wok, heat the vegetable oil over medium-high heat.
  3. Add the minced garlic and grated ginger, stirring for a minute until fragrant.
  4. Toss in the sliced mushrooms and red bell pepper, stir-frying until they are tender-crisp.
  5. Add the steamed broccoli to the Pan and continue to stir-fry for another minute.
  6. Drizzle the soy sauce and oyster sauce over the vegetables, mixing well to coat everything evenly.
  7. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  8. Serve the broccoli and mushroom stir-fry over steamed rice or noodles for a quick and tasty casual dining meal.
