100g barley cooked
¼ red, green & yellow peppers diced
80g sundried tomatoes pesto
50g sundried tomato in oil chopped
40g rocket leaves

- Cook the McCain Camembert bites according to the package instructions and set aside.
- Cook the McCain Hashbrowns according to the package instructions and set aside.
- In a large bowl combine the cooked barley, diced peppers, chopped sundried tomato in oil and the sundried tomato pesto.
- Transfer mixture into a serving bowl then add camembert bites, rocket and the Hashbrown, and serve.
