Bacon Wedges

Ingredients

100g McCain Potato Wedges. Click for Product Info

4 rashers Streaky Bacon

5ml Paprika

5ml Onion Powder

5ml Garlic Powder

2,5ml Cayenne Pepper

Salt Pepper, for taste

 

 

Directions

  1. In a bowl mix paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, cayenne pepper, salt and pepper together until well mixed.
  2. Toss the McCain Potato Wedges in the spice mix until well coated.
  3. Wrap bacon around the potato beginning and ending at the same side. Place potato down on the side where the bacon ends. Repeat until all wedges are wrapped.
    Place wrapped wedges on a greased baking sheet then bake in the oven for 20 minutes or until the potatoes are cooked and bacon is crispy.
