Lamb Bruschetta

Ingredients

1 packet McCain Steakhouse Cut Oven Chips

For the Rumps

600 grams Lamb meatballs

300 ml passata

Bruschetta Bread

150 grams Mozzarella Cheese

Balsamic glaze

Rocket and fresh basil

Salt and pepper

Directions

Serves: 4 - 5

Prep Time: 5 minutes 

Total Time:  minutes

 

Directions

  1. Cook the McCain chips according to package instructions
  2. Fry the meatballs and add to the warmed passata
  3. Slice the bruschetta and toast them
  4. Place the meatballs with some of the tomato sauce onto the bruschetta
  5. Place the cheese on top and grill until the cheese melts
  6. Remove from the oven, drizzle with balsamic glaze and top with rocket and basil
  7. Enjoy with friends and family :)
