Grilled Fish Burger & McCain Oven Chips

Ingredients

McCain Oven Chips with sea salt and black pepper 

4 filleted fish steaks 

1/2 cup flour 

Salt and pepper to taste 

Butter 

1 packet coleslaw mix 

1 cup mayonnaise 

4 burger buns 

Lettuce 

 

 

Directions

Prep time 10 minutes

Cooking time 15 minutes

Serves 4

 

  1. Preheat your oven to 220 degrees Celsius – for the chips and cook according to package instructions 
  2. On a plate combine the flour, salt and pepper 
  3. Dust fish fillets in the flour mixture 
  4. Heat a pan over medium to high heat and add butter then fry fish about 2 minutes per side and set aside 
  5. Combine the coleslaw mix with the mayonnaise and set aside – add salt and pepper according to taste 

To assemble 

  1. Spread mayonnaise on the buns, add lettuce, fish, top with coleslaw and more lettuce and serve with McCain chips
