Garlic Cauliflower & Meat Balls


1 packet of McCain Cauliflower Florets

2 medium onions chopped into circles

Drizzle of olive oil

6-8 Beef Mince Meatballs (store bought)

5 sprigs of fresh thyme

3 sprigs of fresh rosemary

Sprinkle of salt and black pepper

Sprinkle of garlic spice

4 cloves of garlic Sprinkle of mixed herbs




Prep Time: 10 -15min

Cooking Time: 10 -15min

Serves: 4 -6 servings


  1. Parboil the McCain Cauliflower so it's semi soft and then leave it aside for later.
  2. Then fry the onions and garlic cloves in olive oil for about a minute.
  3. Then add the meatballs, sprinkle of garlic spice, sprigs of thyme, sprigs of rosemary and mixed herbs, and fry until semi done.
  4. Then add the McCain Cauliflower and fry until the McCain Cauliflower and meatballs are golden brown.
  5. Enjoy
