1 packet of McCain Cauliflower Florets
2 medium onions chopped into circles
Drizzle of olive oil
6-8 Beef Mince Meatballs (store bought)
5 sprigs of fresh thyme
3 sprigs of fresh rosemary
Sprinkle of salt and black pepper
Sprinkle of garlic spice
4 cloves of garlic Sprinkle of mixed herbs
Prep Time: 10 -15min
Cooking Time: 10 -15min
Serves: 4 -6 servings
- Parboil the McCain Cauliflower so it's semi soft and then leave it aside for later.
- Then fry the onions and garlic cloves in olive oil for about a minute.
- Then add the meatballs, sprinkle of garlic spice, sprigs of thyme, sprigs of rosemary and mixed herbs, and fry until semi done.
- Then add the McCain Cauliflower and fry until the McCain Cauliflower and meatballs are golden brown.
