Festive Veg Platter
Ingredients
500g McCain Broccoli
500g McCain Cauliflower Florets
500g McCain Brussels sprouts
5 pickled onions cleaned and halved
Olive oil to drizzle
Salt and pepper for sprinkle
A few fresh thymes and rosemary
Dried oregano for sprinkle
1 cup of feta cheese
Directions
Prep Time: 5 -10min
Cooking Time: 25 -30min
Serves: 4 -6
1. Preheat the oven to 180°C.
2. Add all the ingredients to the pan and drizzle with olive oil
3. Place it in the oven and bake for about 20-30 minutes or until golden brown.
Ready to serve.
