Coconut Fish & Oven Chips


1 packet McCain Sea Salt & Pepper Oven Chips

Oil for frying the fish

1kg Fish Fillets

1 egg

½ cup Coconut Flour

2 teaspoons Fish Spice


Serves: 5

Prep Time: 5 minutes 

Total Time: 30 minutes


  1. Cook the McCain chips according to package instructions
  2. Whisk the egg
  3. Place the coconut flour and fish spice in a bowl and mix well
  4. Dust the fish into the coconut flour mix and fry in oil until crispy and delicious
  5. Serve with chips, sauce of choice and a salad
  6. Enjoy with friends and family :)
