Ingredients

McCain Roast Harissa Glaze – Mediterranean

McCain Oven Chips_Sea Salt & Pepper

4 x 250 grams Fish Fillets (Hake was used)

2 teaspoons crushed garlic

1 teaspoon cumin powder

2 teaspoons paprika

1 teaspoon chilli powder

Coriander leaves

Salt and pepper to taste

 

Directions

Serves: 4 – 5 people
Prep Time: 5 minutes
Total Time: 20 -25 minutes

  1. Preheat oven to 180 Degrees Celsius.
  2. Cook the Roast veg according to package instructions and set aside.
  3. Marinate the fish fillets with the garlic, cumin, paprika and chilli powder.
  4. On a greased lined oven tray, lay the fish and bake for 15 minutes.
  5. Serve with roast veg, lemon wedges, potato wedges.
