Baked Fish Fillets & Stir Fry

Ingredients

McCain French Stir Fry 

4 x 200 grams Hake fillets 

Olive oil 

1 teaspoon paprika 

2 cloves garlic crushed 

2 tablespoons butter melted 

Juice of 1 lemon 

½ bunch chopped parsley 

Salt and pepper 

 

Directions

Prep Time:  5 minutes

Cooking Time: 40 minutes

Serves: 4

 

  1. Preheat oven to 200 Degrees Celsius 
  2. Combine melted butter, crushed garlic, paprika, lemon juice, salt and pepper 
  3. Season the fish fillets with salt and pepper 
  4. On a baking tray lined with tin foil, spread out the McCain French Stir Fry mix season with salt and pepper 
  5. Place the seasoned fish fillets on top of the veg 
  6. Pour the melted butter mixture over the fish and veggies, cover with foil and bake for 15 minutes 
  7. After 20 minutes remove the foil and cook for a further 20 minutes 
  8. Remove from oven and sprinkle chopped parsley 
  9. Serve with McCain Oven Chips
