Storage Instructions

Before opening: keep frozen at -18°c or below.

After opening: close the bag and keep frozen at -18°c or below.

Cooking Instructions and Suggestions

FOR BEST RESULTS COOK DIRECTLY FROM FROZEN. The following cooking instructions are approximate guidelines for 750 g of product. For different quantities adjust cooking times accordingly. If thawed, do not refreeze.

DEEP FRY
  1. Pre-heat oil to 175°C
  2. Deep-fry your McCain Crispy Sweet Potato Fries for approximately 2½ - 3 minutes until crispy.
  3. Drain off excess oil on absorbent paper.
  4. Season and serve.

OVEN BAKE
  1. Preheat the oven to 220°C.
  2. Spread the McCain Rosemary & Garlic Sweet Potato fries evenly in a single layer on a baking tray.  
  3. Bake for 10 – 12 minutes, turning occasionally until crispy and light golden in colour.
  4. Serve immediately.

DO NOT OVERCOOK.
