BEFORE OPENING: KEEP FROZEN AT -18°C OR BELOW.
AFTER OPENING: CLOSE THE BAG AND KEEP FROZEN AT -18°C OR BELOW.
Cooking Instructions and Suggestions
FOR BEST RESULTS COOK DIRECTLY FROM FROZEN.
The following cooking instructions are approximate guidelines for 500 g of product.
For different quantities adjust cooking times accordingly.
If thawed, do not refreeze.

- Preheat the oven to 210°
- Place the Roast Vegetables on a baking tray and coat generously in olive oil.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Roast in the oven for 18 minutes, turning halfway through the cooking process.
- Check seasoning and serve.
Chef’s Tip:
- Top roasted vegetables with some butter for added flavour and shine.
- Before roasting vegetables add crushed garlic, cumin, nutmeg or cinnamon for enhanced flavour.
