½ cup McCain Carrots

1 cup McCain Pumpkin Chunks

½ teaspoon Turmeric (the wonder spice with all its health benefits)

½ teaspoon Ground Ginger

½ cup Apple Juice

½ cup Mixed Fruit Low Fat Yoghurt

1 small Banana

  1. Follow the on pack cooking instructions for the McCain vegetables.
  2. Blend all the ingredients together until smooth
  3. Garnish with ground Ginger sprinkles.
  4. Serve & Enjoy
