Cooking Instructions and Suggestions

Always reduce cooking time when cooking smaller quantity.

Deep Fry

1. Preheat the oil in deep fryer/wok (max.temperature up to 175°C)

2. Take the product from the freezer. Fry directly from frozen- Do not thaw.

3. Put the desired quantity gently in hot oil and deep fry for 2.5 - 3 minutes.

4. Seal & keep the remaining product in freezer

Air Fry

1. Preheat the air fryer to 200°C.

2. Bake (approximately half pack) for 12 minutes until light golden brown.

3. Shake the air fryer basket a couple of times in between.
