Cooking Instructions and Suggestions

FOR BEST RESULTS COOK DIRECTLY FROM FROZEN.

The following cooking instructions are approximate guidelines for 250 g of product.

For different quantities, adjust cooking times accordingly.

If thawed, do not refreeze.

  1. In a pot, bring a small amount of water to the boil.
  2. Place 250 g Baby Carrots in a sieve or colander and place over the boiling water.
  3. Cover with a pot lid and allow to steam for 6 - 6½ minutes.
  4. Once cooked, season to taste.

Microwave
  1. Place 250 g Baby Carrots in a suitable microwave container.
  2. Cover with cling wrap and pierce with a fork.
  3. Microwave on HIGH as per table below.

7 minutes

850 – 1000W

6 minutes

 

  1. Once cooked, season to taste.
