Savoury Rice With Teriyaki Chicken
Ingredients
                McCain Savoury Rice - 2 packets
600 grams – cubed
Oil
Small bunch of spring onion chopped
Teriyaki Sauce Ingredients
1/2 cup light soy sauce
1 teaspoon garlic powder
2 teaspoons of sugar
2 teaspoons corn starch
2 teaspoons rice wine vinegar
Salt and pepper to taste

Directions
                
                        Prep Time: 5 - 10 minutes 
                        Total Time: 20 - 25 minutes
                    
- Cook the McCain Savoury Rice according to package instructions
 - Combine all the ingredients for the teriyaki sauce and mix well
 - Marinate the cubed chicken with 2 tablespoons of the teriyaki sauce
 - Heat a large pan on medium to high heat
 - Once the oil is hot, fry the chicken in batches until cooked
 - Remove the chicken and set aside
 - Add the McCain Savoury Rice to the same pan and add the remining teriyaki sauce and chicken
 - Combine the chicken and rice
 - Adjust the seasoning and sprinkle with chopped spring onions
