Broccoli and Mushroom Stir-Fry
Ingredients
                200g Mushrooms, Sliced
1 Red Bell Pepper, Sliced
1 Tablespoon Soy Sauce
1 Tablespoon Oyster Sauce
1 Tablespoon Vegetable Oil
2 Cloves Garlic, Minced
1 Teaspoon Grated Fresh Ginger
Salt And Pepper to Taste

- Steam the McCain Frozen Broccoli according to the package instructions until tender.
 - In a large pan or wok, heat the vegetable oil over medium-high heat.
 - Add the minced garlic and grated ginger, stirring for a minute until fragrant.
 - Toss in the sliced mushrooms and red bell pepper, stir-frying until they are tender-crisp.
 - Add the steamed broccoli to the Pan and continue to stir-fry for another minute.
 - Drizzle the soy sauce and oyster sauce over the vegetables, mixing well to coat everything evenly.
 - Season with salt and pepper to taste.
 - Serve the broccoli and mushroom stir-fry over steamed rice or noodles for a quick and tasty casual dining meal.
