BBQ Chicken Smiles

Ingredients

8 McCain Smiles

Other Ingredients:

1 Chicken Breast

25ml BBQ Sauce

1 Cheese Slices, each cut into 4

Oil for frying

Directions

Total Time: 30 min
Serving Size: 1

Season chicken with salt & pepper, then roast in the oven until cooked for about 10 minutes then shred.
Deep fry McCain Smileys until cooked and crispy.
In a bowl mix shredded chicken and BBQ sauce.
Put the chicken mixture on top of the smiley, then top with cheese slice then close with another smiley. Repeat until you are done, then serve.
